Responsibilities
- Coordinates patient care across departments
- Maintains patient rights and confidentiality
- Performs duties aligned with organizational values and standards
Qualifications
- Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license
- Basic Life Support certification
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or others may be necessary based on the specific unit
Skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting
