Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

Role Overview This position involves providing safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies, standards, and patient-centered principles. The nurse offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, ensuring service excellence and supervising staff under their guidance. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal cases.Oversee and support team members, fostering a collaborative and safe environment.Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence consistently.Adhere to facility protocols, standards, and safety regulations.Participate in ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within six months of hire.Current RN license in the state, with BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required.Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.For RN graduates: eligible for Nevada interim license and supervised by a senior nurse.
