About the role
Providing patient-centered care across ICU, step-down, and medical-surgical settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform procedures and administer medications as ordered, monitoring responses.
- Document care accurately and thoroughly in medical records.
- Collaborate with medical providers to deliver high-quality care and support patient recovery.
- Support patients and families through critical recovery, ensure safety, and maintain knowledge of relevant procedures and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse license with a Bachelor's or Associate degree.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days.
