Registered Nurse - Full-Time - Night Shift

About the role

A Registered Nurse in Acute Care on the Progressive Care unit, providing compassionate patient care in a 30-bed unit for step-down, med-surg, and swing patients.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Delegate, supervise, and document care
• Implement medically prescribed interventions
• Build relationships with long-term and chronically ill patients and their families
• Lead care delivery
• Ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Support team collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Current RN licensure (North Carolina or applicable compact license)
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• Minimum of one year hospital nursing experience
