Registered Nurse, Full Time, Hospice

About the role

Provide hospice nursing care where patients want to be—in the comfort of their own home. This full-time position serves patients in the Springfield, MO and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Provide 1:1 direct care in client homes
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends

Requirements

• Active and current RN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
