Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN degree, additional licensure or certifications, specialty experience.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements required for nursing duties.
