About the role

Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, technical nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care, ensuring age-appropriate and developmentally suitable treatments.
• Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to maintain standards of care.
• Communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, and take accountability for performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance patient experience and pursue professional growth.
• Engage actively in team development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certification and relevant department certifications.
• Licensed to practice nursing in Texas or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum of 6 months RN work experience.
