Registered Nurse / Critical Care / Full-Time / Days

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care
• Collaborates with patients and families
• Promotes safety, cultural competence, and service excellence
• Captures care coordination, documents accurately, and participates in performance improvement and research activities
• Supports professional development by mentoring and maintaining competencies
• Contributes to protocol development and resource management while adhering to organizational policies and standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires an associate or bachelor's nursing degree
• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills
• Adept at working in fast-paced, emergency situations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and advocate for patients
