Registered Nurse (Full Time Days)

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Implement Patient Centered Care principles in all nursing activities.
• Supervise and guide assigned staff members.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards consistently.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
• At least one year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in Nevada.
• BLS, ACLS (adults), PALS (pediatrics), or NRP (neonates) certifications as required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
