Registered Nurse (Full-Time Days)

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Uphold Patient Centered Care principles in all nursing practices.
• Supervise and guide subordinate staff, demonstrating Service Excellence standards.
• Deliver high-quality patient care based on evidence and patient-centered approaches.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.
• Maintain required licensure and certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in Nevada.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required.
• Successful passing of pre-employment assessments.
