We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About the hospital (first paragraph). Then "We Offer Sponsorships For Registered Nurses*** Benefits We Offer: ..." So Benefits section present. Also responsibilities: many bullet points describing duties. Requirements: educational/experience requirements. Qualifications/Skills: abilities. Pay: "Competitive Market Compensation" maybe considered pay? It says "Competitive Market Compensation". That's a statement about pay but not specific numbers. The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Competitive Market Compensation" is vague but maybe considered placeholder? It's not a specific number. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit Pay section if not specific. Schedule: "12 hour rotating shifts." That's specific schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. Also Work Environment details maybe not needed as separate section; could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably not needed as separate heading. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting, but we can format them. Let's extract: About the role/profession? The first paragraph: "At Oceans Behavioral Hospital Opelousas, healing is our focus. We are passionate about helping adults and seniors manage the challenges associated with anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. Utilizing proven, innovative and progressive therapies, our qualified professionals strive to promote long-term wellness through a range of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric counseling and treatment options. We Offer Sponsorships For Registered Nurses***" That's about the organization and sponsorship. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". We'll put under

    About the role

with that prose. Benefits: list: Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage (Multiple Plan Options) - Eligible first of the month after 30 days. 401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan with Discretionary Company Match Tuition Reimbursement Daily Pay Paid Time Off Competitive Market Compensation Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program We need to output as
    • items. Each bullet separate. Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse assumes primary leadership accountability... etc. Many sentences. We'll convert to list items maybe each duty as
    • . Could also keep as prose but rule: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should list duties as
      • . We'll split by sentences. Requirements: Educational / Experience Requirements: Current, valid, and active license... Minimum of an Associated Degree in Nursing is required. One year of inpatient hospital experience strongly preferred. Qualifications / Skills Requirements: Ability to adapt to a high stress environment... etc. We'll list as
      • . Schedule: "12 hour rotating shifts." Also maybe mention subject to many interruptions, pressure due to multiple calls and inquiries, can be high paced and stressful; must be able to cope mentally and physically to atmosphere. Might experience disagreeable odors, sights and/or unpredictable patient behavior. Requires spending approximately 90% or more of the time inside a building that offers protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. That's work environment, not schedule. But schedule is specifically "12 hour rotating shifts." We'll include that. Pay: we have "Competitive Market Compensation" but it's vague. According to rule, we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them and not filler. "Competitive Market Compensation" is vague but still a statement. Might be considered filler? The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Competitive Market Compensation" is similar to "commensurate with experience"? It's vague but not exactly those examples. However it's still not specific. Safer to omit Pay section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Also we need to include "We Offer Sponsorships For Registered Nurses***" maybe as part of About the role. Let's craft. HTML fragment:
