Registered Nurse - Full Time - Days

About the role

Deliver comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to patients in a home health setting, ensuring safety and continuity of care. Provide professional nursing services within a team, following established standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, social, cultural, economic, and environmental needs.
• Monitor patient condition, report changes, and plan discharge and care strategies.
• Supervise supportive staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Implement physician orders, including medications and treatments.
• Educate patients and families on self-care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and monitor patient satisfaction.
• Participate in agency meetings, quality improvement, and professional development activities.
• Support confidentiality, safety, and compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols.

Requirements

• BSN from an accredited program.
• At least one year of acute care nursing experience.
• Active RN license in the state.
