Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, accurate, and timely patient care, including medication and IV administration.
- Communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, and promote a positive team environment.
- Assume accountability for performance and professional development.
- Utilize the nursing process to ensure quality care throughout the patient episode.
- Contribute to creating a safe, therapeutic setting for patients and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned, adhering to hospital standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current nursing license in the state.
- Basic Life Support certification; additional departmental certifications as required.
- Minimum 12 months of RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
- Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work in a dynamic environment.
