Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, accurate, and timely patient care, including medication and IV administration.
  • Communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, and promote a positive team environment.
  • Assume accountability for performance and professional development.
  • Utilize the nursing process to ensure quality care throughout the patient episode.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, therapeutic setting for patients and staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, adhering to hospital standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
  • Current nursing license in the state.
  • Basic Life Support certification; additional departmental certifications as required.
  • Minimum 12 months of RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
  • Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work in a dynamic environment.
