About the role
Join a community-focused healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive patient care including assessments, vital signs, health histories, and documentation in the EMR system. Support providers during diagnostic procedures, medications, and patient education, while collaborating to develop care plans and ensure smooth patient flow.
Responsibilities
- Providing patient assessments, triage, and documentation
- S supporting diagnostic and treatment procedures
- Collaborating with care teams to coordinate patient services
- Upholding safety and quality standards per accrediting bodies
Qualifications
- Qualifications Include Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active WA RN license; dual licensure in WA/Oregon required within 120 days
- Preferably 1 year outpatient or clinical RN experience
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred, with differential pay for high-level skills
- Additional certifications and licensure requirements as specified
