About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized outpatient care within a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting patient assessments
- Obtaining vital signs and health histories
- Performing phone triage
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures
- Administering IVs
- Explaining medications
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active WA RN license
- Preferred experience in outpatient settings
- Dual licensure in Washington/Oregon required within 120 days
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous
