About the role

Provide compassionate, individualized care to patients in a rehabilitation setting, guiding their recovery through assessments, tailored care plans, and direct patient support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments
• Build strong relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care
• Support colleagues with complex cases

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification preferred
• Ideally one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital
