About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, comprehensive care in a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patients during visits, obtaining vital signs, health histories, and physical assessments.
- Performing phone triage and coordinating follow-up care.
- Documenting in the EMR system and assisting providers with diagnostics and treatments.
- Administering IVs, medications, and educating patients on procedures and medications.
- Collaborating on patient care plans, referrals, and ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Adhering to healthcare standards and performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Active WA RN license with dual licensure required within 120 days.
- 1+ year outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred.
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred.
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
