About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers
• Coordinate patient care across departments
• Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
• Deliver comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care for adult patients with neurological or medical conditions, including CVA, brain injury, spinal injury, amputations, and joint replacements
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire

Schedule

This role involves night shifts and full-time hours.
