Registered Nurse - FT

Role: Registered Nurse, providing high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. Acts as a key communication link among patients, families, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.Deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures.Coordinate patient flow and prioritize care to optimize outcomes.Serve as an advocate, addressing patient and family concerns, and providing education.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support shared governance.Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications.Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required upon hire.
