Registered Nurse - Float Staff

Seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide patient care across medical, surgical, and specialty units at multiple hospital campuses. The role involves coordinating nursing care, patient/family education, and supporting transitions of care, within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards. RNs will demonstrate leadership through mentoring, quality improvement, and appropriate delegation based on skill and patient acuity. The position offers an additional premium pay of $6/hour, significantly increasing annual earnings.
