Registered Nurse-Float Nurse

Employment Type: Full time – 12 Hour Day Shift

Up to $8,700 sign-on bonus

About the role

As a Float Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System, you will float between Med Surg Units or ICUs, depending on your previous experience. You are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• RN Indiana License
• CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days
• 3+ years of bedside nursing experience in Med Surg Units or ICUs
