About the role
Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients in accordance with nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Utilize theoretical concepts to guide clinical decisions
- Provide direct patient care
- Ensure compliance with practice standards
- Manage patient needs and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols
- Cover ICU and Medical/Surgical units during night shifts
- Contribute to a flexible float pool
- Work across multiple facilities within a 90-mile radius

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum of 3 years RN experience in the relevant service line within the past year
- BLS certification for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, and perform physical activities such as gripping, reaching, bending, and kneeling during shifts
