About the role
Join a dynamic nursing team as a Regional Resource Registered Nurse, specializing in Med/Surg and ICU care.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care based on theoretical concepts and standards.
- Providing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities within a regional footprint.
- Self-scheduling and traveling to various locations within 90 miles, including facilities in Springfield, Joplin, Carthage, Aurora, and others.
- Working primarily night shifts in ICU and Med/Surg units.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved nursing program with current RN licensure.
- At least 3 years of recent RN experience in Med/Surg or ICU within the past year.
- Certifications: BLS required for all roles; ACLS additionally for ICU.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movement tasks.
