Registered Nurse - Float Pool ICU

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU units.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and manage complex equipment such as ventilators and infusion devices.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Mentor peers, support patients and families through education and advocacy, and promote compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in critical care or ICU settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, technical, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to diverse clinical environments and patient needs.
• Commitment to compassionate, inclusive, and patient-centered care.
