Registered Nurse - ICU Float Pool

Role Overview: Provides high-level nursing care in an ICU setting, utilizing the nursing process to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Works within a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing evidence-based practice, patient wellness, and safety. Supports clinical education and precepting for new staff and students in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Delivering direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment.Applying evidence-based care models aligned with specialty standards.Participating in clinical education, competency validation, and team collaboration.Modeling proficiency and supporting a culture of safety and quality improvement. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed as a Registered Nurse.Minimum of 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of a specialized fellowship.Current ACLS and BLS certifications (BLS must be valid through sixty days of hire).Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and commitment to professional growth.
