- Captures and coordinates care planning with other disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent experience.
- One year clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.

Pay

Schedule
- Per diem requirement: 48 hours in 6 weeks, with 24 on weekends and holidays.
