About the role
Provides professional nursing care within assigned unit (Med Surg/PCU/ICU/3West-Ortho). Coordinates care planning with other disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Provides professional nursing care within assigned unit (Med Surg/PCU/ICU/3West-Ortho).
- Carefully assesses patients’ physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and developmental needs.
- Coordinates care planning with other disciplines.
- Documents patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Participates in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings.
- Assists in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent experience.
- One year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
Skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
