Registered Nurse First Assistant (Perioperative)

Role: RN First Assist in the Main Operating Room Responsibilities Provide expert perioperative nursing care and direct first-assist support during surgical procedures.Collaborate with surgeons and OR team to perform tissue handling, retraction, hemostasis, and suturing.Maintain strict sterile technique and prioritize patient safety.Conduct thorough pre- and post-operative assessments.Document intraoperative care and support quality improvement initiatives.
