Role: Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) supporting surgical teams and delivering high-quality perioperative care. Key Responsibilities Assist during surgical procedures with exposure, tissue handling, hemostasis, and suturing.Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety standards are upheld.Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, anesthesia providers, and other care team members.Help position and monitor patients throughout surgeries.Accurately document care following professional standards and facility policies. Qualifications & Skills Current state RN licensure.RNFA preparation or certification.Relevant operating-room experience.
