Support surgical teams in perioperative care as an RN First Assist.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-assist duties such as tissue handling, exposure, hemostasis, and suturing.
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure safe and efficient surgeries.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Experience as an RN First Assist or similar perioperative role.
• Proficiency in surgical assisting techniques and patient monitoring.
