Registered Nurse - Field Assessor
About the role
We are hiring for a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in San Francisco, CA. As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA), you would be completing Long Term Care insurance assessments. These hands-off assessments require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence.
Responsibilities
- Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, and a current medication list
- Evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence
- Complete a brief cognitive screening
- Evaluate the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks
- Use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet, in real time for documentation purposes
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- CPR certification
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of RN experience
- Able to work independently
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills
Pay
The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.80 to $67.20 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
