Facility: Sisters of Charity Hospital Shift: Shift 1 Status: Part Time w/Benefits FTE: 0.600000 Bargaining Unit: ACE Associates Exempt from Overtime: Exempt: No Work Schedule: Days Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm Summary: The Registered Professional Primary Care Center Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to the ages of patient's served based on the areas of clinical practice. Maintains environmental and infection control standards. Maintains confidentiality of all hospital/staff. Responsibilities: EDUCATION Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursingCurrent New York State Licensure Experience Relevant / current out-patient experience preferred in pediatrics, OB/GYN, and/or Medicine, depending on location and services offered at site Minimum of 3 (three) years experience in a primary care setting with telephone triage management skills Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Successful completion of pharmacy testAbility to evaluate acute/ non-acute situations;Possess a problem-solving approach and apply good judgment WORKING CONDITIONS Able to work well in stressful situations and conditions of frequent interruptionRegular attendance is an essential function of this position
