Registered Nurse - Facility Float Pool (Nights)

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Float to various units including Med Surg, Orthopedics, Cardiac, Cardiac Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, effective care.
• Serve as a resource by sharing clinical knowledge, skills, and best practices.
• Adapt quickly to different workflows and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN license.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and NIHSS required within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: BSN and 2+ years of critical care experience.
