About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
