Qualifications
- Current license with the California State Nursing Board.
- Ability to interact with patients, families, physicians, ancillary services and community resources and supportive agencies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality - HIPPA.
- Efficient level of organizational skills.
- Proficient frontline communication skills.
- Demonstrated verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in computer operations.
Certifications Required
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NIHSS Certification
- FIRE CARD (within 90 days of hire)
- MAB (within 30 days of hire)
- Advanced MAB (within 30 days of hire)
- Arrhythmia/Dysrhythmia course - Preferred
- ENPC, TNCC, and CEN preferred.
