About the role
Join our Emergency Department team as a Registered Nurse, providing vital patient care in a rural, 20-bed unit with a focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Performing accurate patient assessments and identifying needs
- Initiating appropriate nursing interventions
- Providing age- and condition-appropriate care
- Timely documentation of medical records
- Completing and revising interdisciplinary care plans
Qualifications and Skills
- Current NC State or Compact Nursing License with endorsement
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
- ACLS certification within 90 days
- Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
- Preferably, one year RN experience in healthcare
