About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room, providing specialized patient care in a 14-bed unit.
Responsibilities
- Performing interventions such as medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Documenting patient care and monitoring patient conditions.
- Assisting with activities of daily living and collaborating across disciplines for coordinated care.
- Advocating for patients' physical and emotional well-being and supporting their families.
Qualifications and skills
- Current RN license and Basic Life Support certification (within 30 days).
- ACLS, PALS, Handle with Care certifications (within six months).
- Preferred one year of experience and ASLS certification.
- Key qualities include: professionalism, clinical competency, effective communication, and compassionate patient advocacy.
