Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
- Administering medications, collecting specimens, and performing clinical treatments.
- Documenting patient care and monitoring patient conditions.
- Assisting with activities of daily living and advocating for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for patient transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and care team members.
Qualifications
- Current RN license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days.
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months.
- Preferred: one year of experience and additional certifications such as ASLS.
