Registered Nurse - Emergency Services

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the best course of action for critically ill or injured patients, supporting physicians' orders.
• Manage adult and pediatric critical care situations with effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped aircraft environment, ensuring safety standards and equipment checks.
• Coordinate with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners, sharing information during shift changes and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN.
• Current RN license in relevant states.
• EMT and Trauma Certifications as required, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications prior to flight duty.
• Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months of hire.

Skills

• Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS
