About the role
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency room setting at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for patient care
- Document patient care activities accurately in the Cerner EMR system
Requirements
- Current North Carolina or Compact RN license
- One year of RN experience
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
Qualifications
- ER experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Teamwork and communication skills
