Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patient pain
- Perform procedures
- Document care thoroughly
- Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care
- Advocate for patients to ensure positive clinical outcomes and exceptional experiences
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and active multistate license
- Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NVCRISIS; ENPC preferred
- 1-2 years of acute care experience, preferably in emergency or critical care
- Strong communication, compassionate care, and ability to translate medical info for patients
