About the Role

A Registered Nurse position in a Free Standing Emergency Room, providing critical care to patients of all ages in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage, assessment, and stabilization of patients of all ages.
• Manage high-acuity conditions and administer medications, IV therapies, and interventions according to protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Document care accurately in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and safety.
• Support a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure.
• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
