Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

About the role

Serve as a leader within the Emergency Room team, providing personalized patient care through collaboration with physicians and healthcare staff. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to promote health or support peaceful end-of-life care, utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with patients and their support systems.
• Ensure quality care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain accountability for patient management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least one year of acute nursing experience.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
