Responsibilities
- Conduct head-to-toe assessments and triage patients
- Monitor hemodynamic status and manage pain
- Communicate with physicians regarding patient changes
- Coordinate care and evaluate outcomes
- Adjust nursing processes to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements
- Current NV RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- 2-3 years of ER or critical care experience or extensive EMS background
