About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) manages individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN reports to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, the Chief Nursing Officer.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current New Hampshire RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- PALS certification (preferred)
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
- 2+ years of prior RN Emergency Department experience (required)
- Current clinical experience (preferred)

Weeks Medical Center (WMC) is a 25-bed critical-access hospital offering medical, surgical, and intensive-care services. Outpatient services include cardiac and physical rehabilitation, a fully-staffed oncology department, 24-hour emergency care, a fully equipped laboratory, and an extensive radiology department. Onboarding & logistics
- All new hires must attend a mandatory three-day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH
- If WMC is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement under the standard travel policy
