About the role

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will provide compassionate care to patients experiencing acute medical conditions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient needs, symptoms, and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform diagnostic tests and monitor patient vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient interactions, treatments, and progress in the electronic health record.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems, particularly electronic health records.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
