Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop optimal healthcare strategy plans for each patient
- Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes
- Apply critical thinking to exceed patient expectations
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility)
- BLS Certification
- Emergency Department experience required
- Must be available to work at least 32 hours per six-week block, with 12 of those hours on a weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- Must be available to work at least one Winter Holiday and one Summer Holiday per year
Qualifications
- At least one year of nursing experience in an acute or sub-acute care setting (preferred)
- ACLS and PALS Certification (required within 6 weeks of hire)
- TNCC Certification (preferred)

Pay
$36.93 - $80.96 per hour. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement; compensation is governed by its terms.
