About the role
Provide professional nursing care in a 24/7 emergency department serving patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care
- Perform head-to-toe assessments
- Utilize triage processes
- Monitor hemodynamic status
- Manage pain
- Collaborate with physicians
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans
- Ensure timely, appropriate treatment based on physical and psychosocial needs
Requirements
- Current NV RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
Qualifications
Preferred candidates have two to three years of ER or critical care experience, or extensive EMS background.
