About the role
Provide professional nursing care in a 24/7 urgent care setting that treats a wide range of medical conditions from pediatrics to seniors.
Responsibilities
- Perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments
- Monitor hemodynamic status and interpret results
- Use triage protocols to prioritize patient care
- Manage pain and educate patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Respond swiftly to patient condition changes
Qualifications
- Current NV RN license
- 2-3 years emergency or critical care experience or extensive EMS background
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (PALS and ACLS within 6 months of hire if not already certified)
