About the role
Join a dynamic emergency nursing team, providing direct care to patients requiring complex assessments and interventions.
Responsibilities
- Gather comprehensive patient data and perform age-appropriate, culturally sensitive triage.
- Analyze assessment findings to identify diagnoses or issues.
- Develop individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
- Implement, coordinate, and educate to promote health and safety.
- Evaluate patient progress and communicate effectively across formats.
- Demonstrate leadership and apply current evidence-based practices tailored to patient needs.
- Work safely and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- At least one year of registered nurse experience.
- Possession of valid nursing license in the respective state and required certifications such as BLS, ALS, ENPC, NRP, PALS, or TNCC.
Physical and Technical Skills
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and data entry.
- Use of vision, hearing, smell, and manual dexterity to perform duties.
- Ability to lift and move patients occasionally.
Schedule
Night shift (7p-7a), with a weekly schedule of 36 hours.
